ST. PETERS, Mo. – Multiple puppies drowned in flood waters Tuesday morning in St. Peters.

Officials there were able to rescue about one dozen dogs from Stray Paws Adoptables. The dogs were brought out one-by-one by Central County Fire & Rescue.
