Drift away into a rich euphoria that gets you higher than the treetops, a feat that’s easily accomplished with the star of today’s product review: the Peach Gummies from Treetop Hemp Co.! These gummies pack a powerful punch and are unique in a big way: each sugary-crystal coated peach ring packs a whopping 60mg of Delta-8 THC! These are quite possibly the strongest gummies I’ve ever seen, and certainly the strongest gummies I’ve ever reviewed to date. Before I take the plunge on these powerful sweets, I’ll briefly recap what Delta-8 THC is and what to expect when consuming cannabinoid-infused edibles. Let’s get started!

Delta-8 THC: AKA “Weed Lite/Diet Weed”

Ever since the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, the market has become populated with various forms of hemp-derived cannabinoids that contain 0.3% THC or less. One of the first cannabinoids on the scene became known as “weed lite” or “diet weed” due to its less-intense effects: Delta-8 THC. This unique cannabinoid occurs naturally in the hemp plant and shares many similarities with the Delta-9 THC (the active compound in marijuana). While Delta-9 THC has a double bond on the 9th carbon chain, Delta-8 THC has the double bond on the 8th carbon chain. This subtle shift in its makeup allows Delta-8 THC to deliver the same effects but in a more subdued high. Users who have been scarred by the overwhelming and uncomfortably intense high from marijuana tend to prefer the milder (albeit heady) Delta-8 THC high that allows them to remain clear-headed and in control. Despite the 2018 Farm Bill’s ruling that hemp-derived cannabinoids with a 0.3% THC content or less are classified as federally legal, a handful of states have their own legislation regarding hemp and its derivatives. It’s strongly advised to check with your local state laws to ensure you can purchase and consume Delta-8 THC without legal repercussions.

Delta-8 Product Types and Dosages

The sheer volume of Delta-8 THC products available to consumers is staggering. With new products popping up everyday, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused on what to choose. If you’re new to Delta-8 THC, consider starting off with edibles like gummies and softgels. There’s also a similar category of products called sublinguals, which features products that are designed to be consumed under the tongue (i.e., tinctures, oils, and dissolving oral strips). For those who prefer to vape or smoke, you may enjoy inhalable products like flower, pre-rolls, and vape cartridges. These are the basic categories, but you may see products like drinkables, hard candies, and distillate-filled syringes that offer a unique way to enjoy a Delta-8 THC high.

When it comes to dosages, not all products are created equal. The key is to figure out what amount of Delta-8 THC works best for you. Beginners should start off with 5-15mg of Delta-8 THC, and then slowly progress to about 15-30mg. Anything stronger than 30mg is usually considered a heavy dose and should only be consumed if your THC tolerance is extremely high. Most manufacturers will list a suggested dose on the product packaging and an expected start time for the effects to kick in. It’s best to adhere to these recommended dosages until you have a better grasp of how Delta-8 THC affects you. For example, I know that my “sweet spot” dosage is about 25mg. Since the Treetop Hemp Co. Peach Gummies contain 60mg of Delta-8 THC per gummy, I’ll be cutting the gummy in half to ensure I don’t consume too much in a single session.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of consuming a 50mg gummy and I was extremely uncomfortable and increasingly uneasy as the high progressed. The best advice I can offer if you do accidentally consume too much Delta-8 THC in a single dose is to remain calm. Try to calm yourself by laying down, snuggling with your partner, pet, or pillow, and drink lots of water. Depending on the type of product you’ve consumed, your high can last for several hours. Remind yourself that the effects are only temporary and will eventually fade. Now that you’ve been properly warned, it’s time to check out the brand behind these Peach Gummies: the Treetop Hemp Co.!

Treetop Hemp Co. Brand Information

I’ve noticed that the majority of Delta-8 THC gummies tend to stay within the 20-30mg Delta-8 THC range. Yet Treetop Hemp Co. is the first brand I’ve seen to advocate such a high Delta-8 THC content. A quick web browser search redirected me to the company website and I was instantly greeted with a 30% welcome coupon as their store was “up and running.” I clicked the Shop Now button and a new page opened to display their available products. The left side of the page displayed three different sorting options: brands, categories (products) and types (of cannabinoids).

I toggled the “Gummies” option under Categories, Treetop Hemp Co. under Brands, and Delta-8 THC under Types. Four flavors popped up my screen, which I encourage you to check out, but I had eyes for only one of the gummies: the Peach ones! There are two pricing options for these gummies based on quantity: the 5-pack goes for $17.99 and the 10-pack goes for $29.99. Regardless of which count you select, the amount of Delta-8 THC per gummy remains the same (60mg per piece). I didn’t see any subscription option for additional discounts, but I remembered the 30% off code that was displayed when I first entered the site. This option will probably get taken down eventually, so if you’re on a budget, you might want to consider purchasing these gummies sooner rather than later. Now that we’ve covered the preliminaries, it’s time for the taste taste and effects from these high Delta-8 THC content Peach Gummies from Treetop Hemp Co.!

Peach Gummies Product Review

Delta-8 THC-infused gummies are one of my favorite forms of cannabinoid consumption, what with my raging sweet tooth and patience for the effects to kick in. While the peach flavor made me eager to try these gummies, the exorbitant amount of Delta-8 THC was enough to make me pause. I decided that rather than overwhelm my senses with too much Delta-8 THC, I’d cut these gummies in half and enjoy a reduced amount of 30mg. I tore open the pouch using the tear strip and opened the zipper seal. I peered into the small pouch and was delighted to see that the peach gummies were o-ring shaped! Since there was no picture of the gummies listed on the site, I was very happy to see the familiar shaped sweet from my childhood.

I held the pouch to my nostrils and was instantly enamored with the warm and sweet peach scent. I carefully fished one of the sugar-coated rings out and placed it on the countertop. Using a sharp knife, I carefully cut the gummy in half and noted that the gummy was easily severed. I selected one of the pieces, tossed the other half into the pouch, and carefully resealed it. After examining the gummy for a few seconds, I popped it into my mouth and began to chew. My taste buds were instantly delighted by the sweet and juicy peach flavor. The flavor was excellent and reminded me of the candy store treat from my childhood. The sweetness gave way to a perfect hint of sourness and I felt the sugar crystals crunching beneath my teeth. The texture was soft and easy to chewy, and I found myself wishing that I could eat the entire bag! There were no pieces left in my teeth and there was only a slight aftertaste of hemp. My only complaint would be a light burning sensation in my throat about 30 seconds after swallowing the gummy, but I chalked it up to the high Delta-8 THC content. While I would have loved to consume quite a few more due to the flavorful and authentic peach flavor (and trust me, I wistfully looked at the container debating whether or not to eat the other half), I successfully restrained myself from eating more than the cut half and to patiently await the effects.

The Effects!

I began to feel a slight something about an hour after I had initially consumed the gummy. There was a light mental fog that descended upon my senses and gradually increased after about an hour and fifteen minutes. My eyelids began to feel heavy and it became difficult to keep them fully open. I experienced a light dry mouth that was not overpowering, but water tasted incredibly cool and refreshing. I felt an enhanced sense of touch as well as a warm tingling in my face, hands, and feet. I enjoyed a deep relaxation coupled with a pronounced drowsiness, yet I felt more creative and focused. My whole body felt heavy and couch-locked as if I was covered by a weighted blanket. After a few hours, I was able to fall asleep quickly and enjoyed a refreshing sleep. Upon awakening, I was pleased that there were no lingering effects (a hangover high, as I like to call it) and I was able to go about my day with no traces of the previous evening’s high.

Despite only consuming half of the recommended dosage, these gummies tasted delicious and delivered incredibly relaxing effects. I imagine that munching an entire gummy would bring even more intense effects…perhaps too intense. Consuming too much Delta-8 THC in a single session can have unpleasant results (trust me, I know from experience!) including extreme drowsiness, increased paranoia, and an overwhelming sense of uneasiness. With these gummies, I don’t recommend consuming more than half until you have a solid grasp of how much Delta-8 THC your body can handle.

Treetop Hemp Co. General Information

Lab Testing

In the world of Delta-8 THC and other hemp-derived cannabinoids, there are thousands of brands who claim to offer premium and potent products. But how do you as a consumer verify that? That’s where independent third-party lab testing comes in. Many reputable companies will send their products out for testing by unaffiliated labs. These labs are compensated only for the time spent on testing these products, and are solely used to verify the potency and purity of the product. Since these labs are both independent and third-party, this helps ensure the results are unaltered and unbiased. Treetop Hemp Co. proudly displays the results of their independent lab test results (also called Certificates of Authority or CoA’s) on the top banner of their website. Once you click on the tab that says “Lab Results,” you’ll be redirected to an organized page that lists all the CoA’s of the products tested. The categories are broken down by product and flavor to help you easily navigate to the CoA you’re looking for. These results are also listed on the product packaging in the form of a QR code.

Keep in mind that the mere presence of a CoA does not always mean the product has been properly tested. Some unscrupulous brands will pirate these results, doctor them to make them look legitimate for their products, and pass them off as their own. To combat this, you should always contact the lab listed on the CoA and provide them with the batch number and product tested. This extra step will take a bit longer but is a sure-fire way to confirm you’re dealing with an honorable company.

Hemp Information

I wasn’t able to find any information regarding Treetop Hemp Co.’s hemp. I realize that the site itself seems to have just launched, which would also explain why there aren’t many product reviews on these products. I spent a few minutes searching the site to confirm I wasn’t missing it, but this information was strangely absent. I also noticed that the blog section was completely bare, which indicates the website hasn’t had time to fully mature. I will gladly update this section of the review if this information becomes available, but for right now, I was not able to find any information regarding the hemp, its origin, the cannabinoid extraction process, or manufacturing. This isn’t necessarily cause for concern, but it did seem a bit odd that this information was absent on the site.

Product Packaging

The packaging for the Treetop Hemp Co. Peach Gummies was beautifully designed and had a very luxurious appearance, thanks to the use of glossy reflective material. The resealable pouch was peach-colored and had the brand name and logo placed directly in the center, as well as the flavor (Peach). I appreciated how easily the resealable pouch was to both open and seal, as some pouches make it ridiculously difficult to separate the rubber “ziplock” style seals. The total mg (600mg) was clearly displayed in the top right section, which was further explained by the mg count per gummy (60mg). A bold banner on the bottom section of the pouch displayed a scannable QR code for quick access to the lab results as well as the total THC content (less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC), thus making it federally legal for resale.

I was very surprised to see that the recommended dosage was marked as 1 gummy, especially since these gummies are quite potent. An age restriction, a warning not to operate machinery and manufacturing information were also listed, but I was especially intrigued when I noticed an expiration date and batch number listed. It’s rare that I see an expiration date and even more rare to find a batch number listed on the product packaging itself. Lastly, the rear of the pouch displayed a full-ingredient list, cannabinoid content, and more warnings for usage. The entire package was aesthetically pleasing and chock full of information pertinent to both new and experienced users.

These Peach Gummies by Treetop Hemp Co. were absolutely incredible and I highly enjoyed reviewing them. The delicious peach flavor was magnificent and I was sorely tempted to keep eating them to keep that authentic flavor going! I didn’t feel a harsh burning sensation in the back of my throat and there was no bitter aftertaste after swallowing. The effects began at a reasonable time and lasted for several hours. The high itself was rich and euphoric, offering a sense of relaxation and calm that was deeply needed after a long day. I was able to fall asleep quickly and didn’t experience any linger effects in the morning. The packaging was lovely and simple to open and reseal, and I loved that there was so much information readily available on it.

My only complaint about these gummies is also what makes them unique: the extremely high Delta-8 THC content. I firmly believe that their recommended dosage of a single gummy with a 60mg count should be reevaluated. I’ve tried gummies with only a 25mg count and the recommended dose was half a gummy. If you’re not familiar with how Delta-8 THC works or haven’t had enough experience to know what your sweet spot dosage is, consuming an entire gummy could have less-than desirable effects. I do realize that some individuals with high THC tolerance need such a gummy as this, but for me, I was content with consuming a mere half.

If you have the opportunity to try these gummies for yourself, I definitely recommend you do! I was honored to sample the Peach flavor and would love to know your thoughts on their other flavors and products. Be sure to share your experiences with any product from the Treetop Hemp Co. and choose your dosage wisely! In my next review, I’ll be checking out the Mango Vegan Gummies from Premium Jane! I had the pleasure of reviewing this particular brand recently and I’m excited to check out their next product. Hope to see you again soon for this and other exhaustive reviews from brands and products across the country!

Why settle for plain Jane when you can have Premium Jane? Introducing the topic of today’s product review: the Mango Delta-8 THC gummies by Premium Jane! If that brand name sounds familiar, that’s because it is! In one of my previous product reviews, I had the pleasure of reviewing the Candy Watermelon Delta-8 THC tincture from this very company. The sweet and authentic candied watermelon flavor tantalized my taste buds and I eagerly look forward to sampling these vegan gummies in the following paragraphs. But before I launch into the full-blown product review, I’d like to take a moment and reiterate what Delta-8 THC is and what to expect when consuming it.

What Is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol, often shortened to Delta-8, D8 or Δ8, is a psychoactive cannabinoid found naturally within the cannabis plant. While it does require some careful extraction methods in order to harvest the naturally low quantities, it is a very similar cousin to the nefarious marijuana. The difference lies in the double bond in the carbon chain. Delta-8 THC has the double bond on the 8th carbon chain, whereas weed has the double bond on the 9th carbon chain. This slight difference allows Delta-8 THC to react with your body’s natural endocannabinoid system in a more subdued and less-overwhelming high that traditional marijuana. It is for this reason that Delta-8 THC is fondly referred to as “lite/diet weed.”

When derived from hemp, Delta-8 THC contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. This specific percentage allows it to be classified as federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Despite this, a handful of states have their own legislation on the legality of this cannabinoid. You’ll need to check with your local state laws to ensure you can legally purchase and consume any products infused with the Delta-8 THC cannabinoid.

Delta-8 Product Types and Dosages

Delta-8 THC has been incorporated into a number of enticing products, ranging from edibles such as capsules and gummies to inhalables like vape carts, flower, and pre-rolls. Edibles tend to have a lengthier start time but the effects can last for hours. Inhalables, on the other hand, take mere minutes to kick in but the effects will taper off after an hour or so. The total amount of Delta-8 THC will vary based on both the manufacturer and the type of product consumed. Many brands will include a recommended dosage and an estimated time that the effects will kick in. It’s strongly encouraged to stick with the recommended dosage or lower until you can accurately gauge how your body reacts. Once you become familiar with how the recommended dosage affects you, you can adjust the dosage to meet your specific needs.

Keep in mind that while you can always increase your dosage over time, consuming too much Delta-8 THC in a single sitting can have some potential negative effects. You may feel extremely drowsy, experience heightened bouts of uneasiness, and other uncomfortable effects. If you do end up consuming too much Delta-8 THC, the best thing to do is to remain calm. The effects will pass eventually and you’ll be left with the knowledge to not do that again. Now that we’ve gone over what Delta-8 THC is and what to expect during the high, it’s time to check out the Premium Jane brand and all the cannabinoid-infused products they have to offer!

Premium Jane Brand Information

The Mango Vegan Delta-8 THC gummies are the second product from the Premium Jane brand that I’ve reviewed (check out my review of their Candy Watermelon Tincture here). I was once again reminded of the professionalism that surrounded this brand when I went to Premium Jane homepage. The classic design paired with stellar customer reviews and high-quality pictures reflects well on the brand, and I encourage you to browse the site at your leisure. The Premium Jane site caters to newbies and less-experienced users by offering a short quiz to help you decide what product to go with. If you already know your particular preference of product type, the site is broken down into product options and will subsequently display all the available cannabinoid options for that product. Lastly, you can opt to browse products with their category vs solution section, a helpful option for those looking to deal with specific needs.

I loved that Premium Jane had a section for Delta-8 THC that solely offers gummies and oils. Edibles and sublinguals are extremely popular in the cannabinoid community, and it was very thoughtful of Premium Jane to have a section dedicated to these options alone. I easily navigated to the gummies section and observed that the gummies were available in three different flavors (Birthday Cake, Watermelon, and Mango), all with a total of 625mg. While the Watermelon and Mango gummies are offered in cube form, their Birthday Cake gummies were listed as “pieces.” The jar for the Birthday Cake pieces looked considerably smaller than the Watermelon and Mango jars, but the content of each gummy remained the same: 25mg per piece. All three of the gummies were priced at an affordable $48, but there was a subscription option that allows the consumer to save an additional 30% for customized repeat orders. I’ll be going into more detail about the hemp and extraction processes a little later, but right now, I’d like to share my experiences with the Mango Vegan Gummies from Premium Jane!

Mango Vegan Gummies Product Review

With the memory of how delicious the Candy Watermelon tincture by Premium Jane was, I was eager to sample these cubed mango-flavored gummies. I eagerly tore off the plastic seal that encased the bottle and quickly unscrewed the childhood cap. I noted that the gummies were indeed cube-shaped and were coated in sugar crystals. I held the bottle under my nose and was surprised to not detect any strong mango scent. Instead, I detected a faint scent of hemp mingled with the plastic from the bottle. I gingerly shook one out into my palm and popped it into my mouth.

I instantly detected the very firm texture as I began to chew and realized that these cubed treats were actually quite difficult to chew. As if that wasn’t enough, the taste of the gummies was quite a shock to my taste buds, and not in a good way. The gummies tasted overwhelmingly bitter from hemp, and it seemed as if the mango flavor was more of an aftertaste rather than a dominant flavor. I chewed the gummies as quickly as I could and hurriedly swallowed. There were pieces of the gummies that got stuck in my teeth and I had to down half a glass of water to rid my mouth of the unpleasant flavor as well as the small gummy particles. I noted the time and began to busy myself with small tasks until the gummies could be processed by my digestion system.

The Effects!

I started feeling a light buzz after about 45 minutes. I say “light buzz” because it was more of a realization that the high was starting. I experienced a light mental fog that was neither overpowering nor disorienting. I noticed an enhanced sense of touch and taste that increased as the high progressed. I felt a slight dry mouth and was delighted to experience the cool refreshment of water on my taste buds. After about 90 minutes, I fully felt the effects and embraced the high in all its glory. I felt a warm tingling in my face, hands, face, and stomach (often called a “body high”). My eyelids felt very heavy and I felt like a weighted blanket had settled upon my body. I experienced a deep lethargy that made me feel drowsy and warm, much like an indica high. I felt more creative and focused and I noticed that my memory was sharper as well. I noticed an increase in my appetite, and the snacks and water I enjoyed tasted absolutely incredible (thanks, munchies!).

The only downside was that I experienced a bit of paranoia and increased uneasiness as the high progressed. Despite feeling sleepy and relaxed, I felt like my mind was racing. I managed to ward off these slight unpleasantries with minimal effort and was able to fall asleep after enjoying the high for several hours. I was also surprised that I didn’t feel any lingering effects upon waking up the following morning. I felt clear-headed and well-rested, ready to start my day.

Premium Jane General Information

Lab Testing

Premium Jane is committed to excellence when it comes to their consumers. That’s why all of their products are subjected to rigorous testing by independent third-party labs. All three of their gummy flavors have been tested four times, each result readily available to their customers both online and on the product packaging. To view these tests, you can either navigated to the Labsheets section of the product page and click on any one of the twelve available tests, or you can scan the QR code on the packaging. You’ll be redirected to the lab results page where you can verify the THC content, cannabinoids found, and other pertinent information.

While the FDA does not regulate the cannabinoid industry nor do they require these tests, it has become somewhat of an industry standard for companies to provide these lab results. These tests are time-consuming and expensive but are an excellent indicator that the brand is trustworthy. Unfortunately, some unethical brands will pirate and alter the published results of other brands and pass them off as their own. It’s strongly encouraged to verify the lab results of a brand despite how authentic they look. If you’re ever suspicious or in doubt, simply contact the lab listed on the PDF and provide the batch number to confirm the results are accurate.

Hemp Information

Premium Jane grows and harvests their hemp from organic farms in Oregon but processes and extracts the Delta-8 THC using a solvent-free COs method in a Michigan-based facility. The Delta-8 THC used in their gummies is derived from the aerial parts of the hemp and all flavors are derived from the hemp’s natural terpenes. If you’re curious to learn more about their extraction process and other hemp information, you can visit either the About Us section or their Blog section.

Product Packaging

The Mango Vegan Delta-8 THC Gummies from Premium Jane are neatly packaged in a clear plastic bottle that sports a white child-proof cap. The top portion of the label is a mango-colored orange that is very similar to the color of the gummies. Abstract white lines that resemble oak tree rings are scattered throughout this light orange, and the label clearly describes what type of product is housed within (vegan D8 cubes), how strong each gummy is (25mg), and the total mg count (625mg).

The far right side of the bottle’s label features a suggested dosage (½ a gummy every 6 hours or as desired), mandatory warnings and age restrictions, manufacturing information, and a scannable QR code. There was also a batch number and expiration date listed as well, something that’s not always present on product packaging. The far left side of the label displays the supplemental facts and complete ingredient list. The dedication to professionalism and aestheticism was clearly evident in Premium Jane’s packaging and was an excellent way to conclude my overall review of the Delta-8 THC Mango Vegan Gummies.

My experience with the Premium Jane Mango Vegan Gummies was mostly positive. I did not enjoy the flavor of these gummies at all, but I’ve noticed that this a recurring theme with vegan cube-shaped gummies. If you can get past the unpleasantness of the flavor, the effects will more than make up for it! The effects began smoothly after about 45 minutes and gradually intensified until it peaked after about 90 minutes. The high itself was rich and euphoric with its heavy relaxation and calming drowsiness. I deeply appreciated that there were no lingering effects in the morning and I loved how easy it was to fall asleep. While I did experience some mild uneasiness after about 2 hours, I was able to successfully calm my racing mind and fall into a refreshing slumber that left me feeling refreshed in the morning.

I realize that the effects of any psychoactive cannabinoid are subjective. My experiences may differ from yours based on a number of factors. Your age, weight, gender, metabolism, previous exposure to THC, and others will impact how you enjoy the effects. This is why it’s important to start off slow with your dosages and adhere to the manufacturer’s suggested dosages until you have a better grasp of how your body will react. Keep in mind that you can always increase your doses over time, but consuming too much Delta-8 THC can result in an overwhelmingly intense high.

If you do end up trying the Mango Vegan Gummies from Premium Jane or any other products from this brand, I encourage you to share your experiences with the rest of it. What are some of your favorite methods of consuming Delta-8 THC? In my next review, I’ll be reviewing the a unique cannabis-infused beverage called Wild Cherry THC Seltzer by Cycling Frog. I recently reviewed a THC-infused beverage from Ray’s Lemonade, and I’m excited to see how this lower-THC content beverage compares. Be sure to check back soon for this and other in-depth product reviews from brands across the country. Until we meet again!

Picture this: you’re researching CBD products and trying to figure out which CBD products are best for you. And if you’re anything like me, you stumble across two products that both seem almost perfect but are all too similar to try to make an informed decision. Well, don’t worry- I went and did all the research for my own choice, and now I’m going to share all of that valuable information with you. Right here. So sit back, pour yourself a cup of coffee, and let’s dig in.

But, why the confusion between a CBD oil and a CBD Tincture?

The CBD and hemp market felt its first boom as 2017 began ending off. By the beginning of 2018, businesses (who likely didn’t know better) were jumping on the hemp bandwagon and used the terms CBD oils and CBD tinctures interchangeably. And so, naturally, the public began associating the tincture with a dropper bottle.

The beginning is as good a place to start as any. So, let’s start with the most critical component of both products: CBD.

Quick Look: Main Differences Between CBD Oils and CBD Tinctures

CBD Tinctures vs CBD Oils

Both CBD oil and CBD tincture use natural plant extracts to deliver CBD to your body. The main difference between them is how those extracts are produced.

  • CBD oil is prepared by extracting cannabidiol from the cannabis plant and mixing it with inert carrier oils (such as hemp seed oil), whereas CBD tincture is prepared by suspending cannabidiol in 60-70% distilled alcohol and adding other additives such as peppermint or vanilla extract.
  • CBD oil is typically used for vaping or for topical products, whereas CBD tincture is generally used sublingually (under the tongue) or mixed with your favorite drink for an easy way to take CBD daily.
  •  A CBD tincture is not heated to decarboxylate the acids found in the cannabis plant. Whereas CBD oil is. For this reason, a tincture may taste considerably different from oil, and it may also contain additives for flavoring or preservation purposes.
  • CBD oil has a shorter shelf life, whereas CBD tinctures last longer. But why? CBD oils are typically made with fewer ingredients than a tincture. But, this can vary according to the brand.
  • Many online articles will tell you that CBD oils will be more potent than a CBD tincture. But I am not entirely sold on that. If you want to compare the potency between a CBD tincture and a CBD oil, you should check the cannabinoid levels and CBD content. To do this, you should check the label and then compare that with the third-party lab report.

Quick CBD Recap: What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) oil is all the rage right now. CBD has been used as a natural remedy for centuries. Recent studies have found that it may have anti-inflammatory properties and help with anxiety, pain, and nausea.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the most abundant chemical compounds in the cannabis plant. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD has no intoxicating effects and will not make you “high.”

That’s why CBD is quickly becoming a common ingredient in products that claim to help with everything from pain relief to relaxation. But what is CBD? And how can it help you?

I know how confusing it can be when you first hear about CBD, so I wanted to take some time to break down what CBD is and what it isn’t. Here’s the scoop!

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It’s one of over 100 compounds found in cannabis that belong to the chemical family known as cannabinoids. These chemicals interact with cannabinoid receptors in the body to produce pharmacologic effects—but not all cannabinoids are created alike.

When CBD enters the body, it interacts with receptors in your endocannabinoid system, regulating many physiological processes such as pain response, mood, memory, appetite, movement, and immune system function.

The medical benefits of CBD are unclear, but research is ongoing. In fact, many people use CBD as an alternative medicine to treat everything from anxiety to arthritis.

However, most research has been done on animals or isolated cells. There have been some clinical trials with humans, but not many. And the results have been mixed—some animal studies have shown promising results. In contrast, others have not, and analyses in humans haven’t shown anything conclusive so far.

Here’s what research and anecdotal reports tell us so far:

  • Anxiety & depression
  • Acne and skin related problems
  • Pain
  • Inflammation
  • Nausea
  • Seizures

Many different CBD products are available to consumers, and each offers its own unique benefits.

With the popularity of CBD products in recent years, more and more companies have started manufacturing these items. As a result, CBD products are now popping up in various forms.

CBD oils are CBD products separated from the cannabis plant through distillation. At the same time, CBD tinctures are taken orally with a dropper or mixed into food or drinks. Other types of CBD products include capsules, sprays, and topical lotions. Each of these CBD products can come in varying strengths, so it’s essential to be mindful of the amount that you use.

What is CBD Oil?

It’s used by millions of people worldwide—and yes, that includes plenty of famous people!—to treat a wide range of issues, including everything from insomnia to depression.

But that doesn’t paint the most precise picture for you, does it? So here we go:

CBD oil is easy to use but not always easy to understand.

Let break it down for you: CBD oil is basically just a blend of CBD extract

and some kind of carrier oil (most commonly, MCT coconut oil). The CBD extract is the part that has all the therapeutic properties, but it’s not water-soluble. Hence, a carrier oil makes it easier to administer.

Creating CBD oil starts with the extraction of the compounds that can be used to make it. In the case of cannabidiol, or CBD, this may include compounds like terpenes and flavonoids. This extraction takes place using a process called distillation or CO2 extraction.

After the desired compounds are collected during the extraction process, they are mixed with a carrier oil. Sometimes, if the manufacturer wants to change up the flavor or scent of their product, they’ll add a few drops of essential oils into the mix.

Finding CBD oil is much easier than finding a CBD tincture, and they’re not the same thing!

What is a CBD Tincture?

A CBD oil will usually be an oil you can drink or put on your face, whereas a CBD tincture usually comes in a dropper bottle.

CBD oils are also more common than CBD tinctures. Most products labeled “CBD oil tincture” and even some labeled “CBD tincture” are actually oils.

Tinctures are most associated with the act of mixing alcohol with something else. It’s not a new process, and it has been around for hundreds of years.

There’s a lot of history and culture wrapped up in tinctures, but today we’re going to focus on the way tinctures are used in the modern world.

Speaking very generally, tinctures are commonly used as an herbal supplement in liquid form. Some companies might also add vitamins, herbal extracts, or supplements like melatonin, depending on the goal of the product.

CBD tinctures are made by extracting CBD (and other compounds) from the hemp plant using alcohol as a solvent. The finished product is a highly concentrated liquid that can be taken orally or added to food and drinks.

Tinctures are one of the most popular ways of taking CBD because they are easy to use. The dropper allows you to accurately measure your serving size.

Tinctures are often mixed with sweeteners, flavorings, and vegetable glycerin to mask the bitterness. Aside from the above additives that change the taste of tinctures, you might come across some tinctures with other ingredients- such as melatonin, for example, to boost specific properties. If a tincture has added melatonin, it is likely to be marketed as a sleep aid to try achieve a more restful state of mind before your head hits the pillow. In my experience, these products are not a one-hit-wonder- they need to be used consistently for you to begin feeling the effect. I noticed that after a week or so of using a melatonin-infused CBD tincture about an hour before I wanted to go to sleep, I began finding it easier to fall asleep.

CBD tinctures are not very common in the CBD industry for a few reasons.

First of all, most tinctures don’t taste very good. If you’ve ever tasted a tincture, you probably know that they tend to be bitter and unpleasant.

This is because the CBD extraction process uses alcohol to dissolve the CBD from the plant material—and if it’s not filtered correctly, that can leave behind a very unpleasant aftertaste.

Secondly, many products are labeled as “CBD tinctures” when they’re actually oils. So if you’re looking for pure CBD using an alcohol-based extraction method, make sure you choose a product that’s actually a tincture!

Which is Better? CBD Tinctures or CBD Oils?

Which is Better CBD Tinctures or CBD Oils

There are a few things to consider when selecting between alcohol-based and oil-based tinctures.

Taste is the most common reason to choose an oil-based tincture over an alcohol-based tincture. If you find that you dislike the taste of alcohol, an oil-based tincture will be preferable for you.

In addition to taste, stomach sensitivity also dramatically impacts your choice between oil and alcohol. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may want to avoid ingesting any oils. Instead, choose an alcohol-based tincture.

Finally, certain CBD products can be mixed with food or beverages but may not mix well with others. If your chief concern is making sure your CBD product mixes well with the foods or beverages you consume, this is another consideration in deciding what type of CBD product is best for you.

A tincture will often contain more ingredients than an oil, including added flavors and sweeteners. If you’re sensitive to one of those ingredients, an oil may be a better choice for you. Also, if you tend to lean towards products with fewer ingredients in general, an oil may be a good fit for that reason as well.

How to Take CBD Oils and Tinctures

CBD Oils and Tinctures

The thing about CBD oil is that it can take 1 or 2 hours to kick in. So if you’re new to taking it, we recommend starting with a smaller dose than you think you might need. And then wait at least an hour before deciding whether or not you want to take more. Or try taking a higher dose of your CBD oil next time.

You can also try applying your CBD oil under your tongue, where the veins there will absorb it more quickly than if you just swallow it right away. This is how to use a CBD Tincture as well.

It goes through your digestive system and into your bloodstream when you ingest CBD. Since the area under the tongue has a greater concentration of blood vessels than anywhere else in the body, CBD is taken sublingually (meaning, below the tongue) gets absorbed quickly and efficiently into the bloodstream.

The fastest way to feel the effects of CBD is to take it sublingually—it’s just going to hit your system faster than if you took it orally. And that’s not all: since CBD is fat-soluble, it is also absorbed by fatty tissues in the body. So when you take CBD sublingually, it prevents it from getting metabolized in your liver before it’s had a chance to work its magic!

Some CBD oils can be applied to the skin as long as they use carrier oils that are safe (and effective) for topical use. But I strongly suggest that you use a CBD product designed for topical use if you want to experience the best results possible. And if you have a CBD tincture, you should know that a tincture won’t penetrate the skin, so don’t waste it by putting it on your skin.

How to Find a Good CBD Oil or Tincture

While CBD oils can be found at certain shops, drugstores, and mall kiosks, it is crucial to do research about the manufacturer of the product before buying. When shopping for CBD products, it’s essential to know what you’re paying for. The Food and Drug Administration doesn’t regulate CBD in the same way it does conventional drugs and supplements, so it’s critical to know what you’re buying.

No matter what kind of CBD product you’re considering, it’s essential to find a reputable CBD manufacturer that provides current and comprehensive certificates of analysis (COA) for all of their products.

The most reputable CBD manufacturers make sure their supplements are third-party tested by a reputable laboratory. A good CBD product should come with third-party testing results. These are typically called COA (or certificates of analysis).

Here is What the Certificate of Analysis Should Tell you

Product potency is determined by the total CBD and THC amounts listed on the certificate of analysis (CoA). The amount of CBD and THC in each batch varies slightly, so the exact percentages may vary slightly from product to product. But if it varies more than 10 to 20 percent, you should consider choosing a different product.

Cannabinoid Profiles

The cannabinoid profiles are a breakdown of the cannabinoids found in the product; these profiles are an excellent place to start. Products labeled “full spectrum” usually contain small amounts of THC (but usually no more than 0.3 percent). Broad-spectrum products will have a comprehensive list of cannabinoids. Still, they shouldn’t contain THC., and then the final type, the CBD isolate products, should contain only CBD. If your product is labled as a CBD Isolate but contains a range of other cannabinoids, it’s time to start shopping for another CBD oil or product that actually contains what they advertise.

Make sure your CBD oil is pesticide- and petrochemical-free. The contaminants in an oil or tincture are likely to vary product to product, but make sure that the oil or tincture never contains any heavy metals or molds.

Check the Date

A COA should never be older than a year old, so always check the date! The best brands will batch-test their products, so be sure to identify the COA’s date and (hopefully) the batch number.

Besides looking for an affordable brand that provides certificates of analysis, it’s smart to shop for a hemp brand that makes its sourcing and manufacturing practices completely transparent. Does the brand have a good reputation among online communities? This can also help you find out whether they have a bad rep with the FDA, too- keep an eye out for warning letters sent to them by the FDA!

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Are CBD Oils the Same and CBD Tinctures?

Answer: Sure, they have similar names, but are they the same? They most certainly are not! The most fundamental difference is this; CBD oils are made with a base oil while the tinctures are extracted using alcohol, and the base is alcohol as well.

Question: How Long Does it Take CBD Oil or Tincture to Kick in?

Answer: When you ingest CBD orally, it has to pass through the digestive system before you begin feeling the effects, which can take around one hour! When you ingest a tincture, on the other hand, you typically place a few drops underneath your tongue. This speeds up the process because there are blood vessels underneath your tongue. The compounds get absorbed faster, directly into the bloodstream.

Question: How Long Should I Hold a CBD Tincture Under my Tongue?

Answer: All it takes is 60 seconds for your blood vessels underneath your tongue to absorb the CBD from the tincture. This is a huge plus for people looking for rapid onset of effects without resorting to things like vapes.

When you consume CBD orally, it goes through the digestive system before being absorbed by the body. This means that it must go through a lengthy process. It is metabolized, inhibited by the liver, and ultimately produces only a small percentage of effects compared to when you place CBD under your tongue and let it absorb directly into your bloodstream.

The good news is that placing CBD oil under your tongue allows it to bypass digestion and become rapidly absorbed directly into the bloodstream. And unlike CBD oil ingested sublingually—or in any other way—bypassing digestion also allows you to avoid the unpleasant taste of many CBD products.

Now, you might be asking yourself: Why do I care whether CBD gets into my bloodstream or not? The answer is simple: vaping, edibles, and tinctures will produce an effect over time as they are metabolized in your liver. However, since there is no metabolism when you take CBD sublingually (meaning “under your tongue”), you immediately experience the full effects of CBD upon application!

The Bottom Line

If you’re looking for a CBD product that packs a punch, you’ve probably heard of CBD tinctures. But what are they? And how are they different from CBD oils?

CBD oils and tinctures are two different products, but some manufacturers use the terms interchangeably. This can make it confusing to tell the difference between the two. But there is one—and knowing which product you’re buying will help you get the right one for your needs.

CBD oil is typically made with just two ingredients: CBD and carrier oil. That’s it! This can be made by steeping CBD-rich flowers in high-proof alcohol for an extended period of time, then straining out the plant material and adding a few additional ingredients for flavor and benefits beyond CBD. It’s designed to be taken sublingually or under the tongue.

CBD tinctures are alcohol-based extracts that use high-proof alcohol to steep the plant material. This is strained, and the entire solution is bottled, along with additional ingredients for flavor or specific benefits. The right product for you will depend on your preferences, but wisely make a point of shopping. Be sure to talk with your doctor before taking any new supplements because some could interfere with existing medication.

During the colder months, I tend to have foot pain. I have no idea why, and nothing my doctor ever gave me seemed to work. But I tried CBD cream, Aspen Green Muscle Relief Cooling Cream to be exact, and it actually gave me some relief. That’s why I added it to this list.

Yes, there have been multiple studies done worldwide to test the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD. In countries like China and Italy, researchers have found that CBD does have anti-inflammatory benefits.

When any part of your body is swelling, it uses inflammation regulating compounds called cytokines. Studies have shown that CBD can decrease cytokines’ effects on your body, which keeps swelling down. Reducing the swelling can help reduce the pain.

Types and Causes of Foot Pain

These are some of the most common types of foot pain that can be treated with CBD and what causes them:

  1. Plantar Fasciitis – A band of muscle that runs all the way from your heel to your toes becomes inflamed. It’s caused by strain from running, jumping, and wearing ill-fitting footgear.
  2. Posterior Tibial Tendonitis – The tendon running from the arch of your foot to the inside of your lower leg becomes inflamed. Injuries caused by falls and overusing the tendon can cause it to become irritated.
  3. Bunions – The joint connecting your big toe to the ball of your foot becomes misaligned and irritated. Wearing high heels can cause bunions. So can wearing any kind of tight, ill-fitting shoe.
  4. Hammertoe – The joint connecting your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th toe comes out of alignment, irritating the joint. Wearing comfortable shoes that fit correctly can prevent this.
  5. Metatarsalgia – The bones in your feet become painful and inflamed. This is usually caused by excessive exercise or localized strain.

There are 2 ways you can use CBD to treat foot pain, so I’ll give you a quick rundown of each:

  1. Application – You can apply a CBD foot cream all over your feet to treat foot pain topically. You can find tons of research out there that shows applying CBD directly to an inflamed area helps reduce pain.
  2. Consumption – To reduce the pain and relax your entire body, you can choose to consume CBD gummies, drinks, gel capsules, and other CBD products meant to be eaten. This may not help the localized swelling unless used in conjunction with a topical treatment.

I’ve got just the cure when you need some relief from the aching in your feet and ankles. These are the 8 best CBD creams for foot pain. Each contains just the right amount of CBD to keep swelling down. Whether you’re new to using CBD medicinally or an avid CBD user, check out these popular products to see which one you’d like most!

In our last section together, I will answer your most frequently asked questions about using CBD to treat foot pain. Using CBD to treat pain is still a relatively new concept.

Can I Put CBD Oil on My Feet?

You can put CBD oil on your feet to relieve foot pain. Instead of doing this, I recommend buying one of the CBD foot creams, balms, or sprays listed above. These products contain other ingredients besides CBD that work well with CBD to give you a well-rounded healing experience.

I recommend using a CBD foot cream instead of CBD oil for your feet. You can apply CBD oil directly to your feet to help minimize pain, but you won’t get the cooling or heating effects that one of the CBD creams would give you. The heating and cooling are part of what provides instant relief.

Is CBD Oil Good for Plantar Fasciitis?

Yes, CBD oil can be great for plantar fasciitis! CBD will help minimize the pain caused by an irritated band of tissue that starts at your heel and ends at your toes. Just make sure you aren’t using CBD over your other medications to treat plantar fasciitis. Your doctor always knows best!

More than 50 million people in the United States struggle with chronic pain.

Chronic pain isn’t anything easy to deal with. Trust me, I know. At the age of 14, I was diagnosed with chronic migraines. My migraines are severe; they’ll leave me with difficulty seeing. I also have fibromyalgia, so there are some days when I really struggle with my pain management.

In 2021, I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease due to my pregnancy. I tried to avoid any and all medications I could because I didn’t want to further damage my liver. I was on a high dosage of painkillers for many years to treat my migraines, but I now have liver damage instead of pain relief.

So when I heard about Delta 8 gummies on the market and how they were similar to CBD gummies in the way they can help relieve your pain, I jumped online and started searching around.

Now, I’m telling you part of my life’s backstory, so you get one thing: I understand. I know what it’s like to live with an invisible illness, I know what it’s like to be on prescription medication, I know what it’s like to not have anything work to help you with your pain levels.

And if you’ve turned up here, trying to figure out how Delta 8 gummies are going to be anything different than what you’ve tried before, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m so excited to introduce you to the world of Delta 8, so you can find something that’ll actually help you.

Here, you’re going to find a ton of information. I’m going to walk you through my tips to help you find the best gummies for your pain levels, as well as make some product recommendations with Delta 8 Gummies I’ve personally tried (and highly recommend). Without any further hesitation, let’s jump right in!

If you want to try a Delta 8 gummy, you’ve got to go with Everest. I love their gummies and use them daily to help my chronic pain and anxiety.

What is Delta 8?

Delta 8

Okay, you first need to understand what Delta 8 is.

Delta 8 THC is a type of cannabinoid found in cannabis and some hemp plants. It’s starting to increase in popularity. Delta 8 THC has THC in it, but only a trace amount; you won’t get the same type of high that you would get from using “regular” marijuana. However, it still will have a psychoactive impact on your brain.

Delta 8 has a very similar chemical structure to Delta 9 THC. Delta 9 THC is what’s found inside of a marijuana plant; it’s what gets you “high” when you use marijuana.

Technically, both Delta 8 and Delta 9 are forms of THC. So, suppose you’re familiar with using marijuana. In that case, you’ll be familiar with the effects you will get from Delta 8, providing users with a euphoric sensation. Some people report that they feel fuzzy after using Delta 8. But, Delta 8 THC doesn’t produce as much of a high as Delta 9-THC does.

So, Delta 8 THC would be an excellent option for someone looking to get a mild or higher than they have experienced with smoking or using other marijuana products.

Does Delta 8 THC Show on a Drug Test?

Delta 8 won’t necessarily show up on a drug test. It really depends on what type of drug test you’re taking. Many drug tests tend to test for Delta 9 THC, which is a different strand than Delta 8 THC. However, this depends on how the cannabinoid reacts with your body and how long you use it. If you have a drug test that will be coming up soon, I would recommend that you stay away from using a Delta 8 product. In my personal belief, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

What are Delta 8 Gummies?

Delta 8 Gummies

Gummies are the most popular way people consume Delta 8. Many people tend to enjoy using gummies as the primary way they consume Delta 8 because of their taste, convenience, and reputation on the market. There are a lot of companies out there that produce Delta 8 gummies that are very well known for producing high-quality and dependable gummies. In addition, not everyone who uses Delta 8 is a regular marijuana user.

Some people use Delta 8 just to help them manage their pain. Other people do it because They enjoy the relaxing benefits the Delta 8 gives them. There are a ton of different commands available in the market, but we’ll go and do how to choose the right brand before your needs in a little bit.

Delta 8 gummies contain the Delta 8 cannabinoid inside of them. You may find other cannabinoids inside these gummies, such as CBD and CBG. There are some gummies on the market that were specially formulated for pain.

Is Delta 8 Safe?

There are some concerns regarding it be the safety of Delta 8. Some people are concerned that this cannabinoid is poorly regulated, similar to how they feel about CBD regulations. Some companies will use synthetic grade ingredients and buy products inside Delta 8 products, which is the only thing that makes them unsafe. However, Delta 8 itself is very safe to use. It doesn’t present any different types of safety concerns than Delta 9 or CBD.

How Does Delta 8 THC Help With Pain?

Now, you may be wondering how Delta 8 can help with the pain. Delta 8 is another cannabinoid that has been proven to help reduce and even eliminate chronic pain by binding with the cannabinoid receptors found in the body. So, you will see a reduction in your pain levels without as much of a mental buzz as you would get from using marijuana. Many people would choose to use Delta 8 CBD over prescription pain medication because it’s natural and less addictive.

Why Should you Take Delta 8 in Gummies?

Why Should you Take Delta 8 in Gummies?

You may be wondering, should you take gummies if you’re looking for help relieving your kind of pain? Yes, I personally would recommend using gummies to take Delta 8. I love how fast-acting the gummies are. Depending on my pain levels, I can chew up a gummy or two and move on with my day. I can feel them quickly kick in in about 15 minutes. Plus, there aren’t any measurements that I have to worry about like I would with other methods, such as taking a tablet.

I also really like the taste of gummies over other forms of taking Delta 8. I’m not really a massive fan of drops because I find it is tough to measure. I really hate the taste. And I don’t have to worry about smelling like an ointment or rubbing off onto my clothes.

I also really enjoy how easy it is to buy Delta 8 gummies. I just by someone line and keep a stockpile. Plus, I appreciate how private it is taking Delta gummies. I don’t have to pull out a colossal pill bottle or anything obnoxious, and advertisers that I’m using something to help me relieve pain. They’re discreet, they’re fun to look at, come on, and they taste good. There really isn’t much more that I need to be sold on.

What are the Benefits of Using Delta 8 Gummies?

There are many different benefits to using Delta eat gummies compared it to Other forms of taking D8.

Growing up, I’m sure many of you would rather you be able to take a gummy rather than swallow a spoonful of Medicine. The same situation is there to be said about gummies. Some people just don’t like the taste of oil, and that’s totally okay! Thankfully, there are gummies on the market that make taking Delta 8 a lot more convenient.

I think taking gummies is a lot more convenient than vaping or having to carry around a pill bottle and remember a medicated regimen. You can literally take the bottle with you anywhere And not have to worry about Keeping the street with the packaging.

I love using the gummies because I can also keep my privacy. It’s a little difficult to keep a

certain level of privacy when you have to take out a pill bottle and check out your medication when you’re in public. But, with the dummies, they look like candy. So, you don’t have to worry about anybody being all up in your business when you’re taking care of yourself.

Easy Dosages

I really like how easy it is to dose out a portion compared to other methods of taking Delta 8. Sometimes, it can be confusing to figure out how much you’re taking per dose when taking CBD oil. So, if you tried those other methods before and found that your Delta 8 works inconsistently, it may be just because you weren’t taking a consistent dose.

In addition, monitoring your dose makes it super easy for you to level up your dosage. This is important if you have a high tolerance or are looking to try out smaller dosages until you get used to the psychoactive effects of Delta 8.

I love how quickly the gummies allow the Delta 8 to kick into my system. Within about 15 minutes, I’m usually feeling the effects of my gummies. I take Delta 8 for both pain relief and to help my anxiety. And within minutes sometimes, I’ll feel a massive difference in my overall mental and physical state.

How to Choose High-quality Delta 8 Gummies

Now, you may be wondering how you will sort through the thousands of different brands there on the market to find the best Delta 8 gummies for your pain relief needs.

I’ve got good news for you; I’m here to share with you how you can find high-quality Delta 8 gummies!

First, you want to look at all of the companies you’re considering and look at what extraction method they’re using to convert c b d end to Delta 88. I trust brands that use the CO2 extraction method the most because it’s the safest method to use. With the CO2 extraction method, you don’t have to worry about any potentially dangerous products being left behind in the solution.

On top of that, using the CO2 extraction method is very environmentally friendly. On the other hand, some companies use BHO, which is an abbreviation for butane hash oil. I recommend staying away from any companies using BHO as their extraction method because of the potential dangers in the final product. There is a potential that you could be ingesting butane in the final solution, even if it is just a trace amount.

Plus, the CO2 extraction method doesn’t work at a high temperature as the BHO method does. By working at a lower temperature, it helps to preserve the terpenes in the cannabinoid. This also helps to maintain the flavor.

Quality of the Product

Next, I would recommend that you look into the overall quality of the product. You can do this by focusing on the ingredients used inside the gummy. When possible, you should consider using gummies with completely natural ingredients that are organic and non-GMO. Sometimes, Brands will offer vegan, organic, and all-natural ingredients.

If you have to choose between a brand that promotes itself as organic and vegan versus a company that doesn’t, I will go with a company that is organic and vegan. This will ensure that there aren’t any synthetic ingredients inside of the gummy that’ll affect both the quality of the gummy and the overall flavor.

A COA is an abbreviation for a certificate of analysis. This is the result that comes from any lab testing that’s done to ensure the overall potency and safety in a gummy. Any lab testing done should be completed by a third-party lab. This will ensure that the laboratory is transparent with what they find inside of the gummy. If you weren’t sure what you were consuming, be sure to check out the certificate of analysis that can be found on the company’s website. And if you can’t find a certificate of analysis, don’t buy from that brand.

I would also recommend looking into the percentages for your Delta 8 product. You want to look to make sure that the THC percentage isn’t too high. If you find a good balance of THC and CBD, I would highly recommend that you invest in that gummy. This will ensure that you’re getting a gummy that effectively manages both your pain and your other medical conditions.

Hemp Quality

Lastly, I would also take time to look into the quality of the hemp used to create the gummy. Some companies will work with farmers and certified hemp growers. These businesses closely monitor their soil to ensure that there aren’t any potentially dangerous nutrients found in the soil.

Suppose there’s any contaminated water or soil used to grow the hemp. In that case, it can severely impact the quality and overall safety of the hemp. Companies that source their hemp from certified facilities will ensure that there aren’t any pollutants, pesticides, or contamination found in the hemp that make it dangerous for human consumption.

My Selection Criteria

All of the Delta 8 gummies I’m recommending in this guide were chosen based on my personal experience with them, positive customer reviews, and the overall quality of the product. I struggle with chronic pain, so as I’ve mentioned before, I’m always looking for ways to help me manage that. In addition, I also made sure that I wasn’t the only person that had a positive experience with the companies that I have listed below. Lastly, I did make sure that all the products in this guide were of high quality and had clean lab reports.

The Best Delta 8 Gummies

Now, it’s time for you to learn about the best Delta 8 gummies on the market.

Everest Delta 8 Gummies

Everest Delta 8 Gummies

These are the best Delta 8 gummies on the market, and for a good reason. Honestly, I would go as far as saying they aren’t the market leader Delta 8 gummies. You’ll find inside of each gummy that there is 20 mG of Delta 8. I love these gummies because they slowly release over time.

Each order is shipped for free, and you’ll find inside of the box that you received that they’re cold packs to help keep the vegan gummies regulated. They have different flavors available, but blue raspberry is one of the most popular flavors. All of their gummies are organic and 100% vegan. Also, they advertise that they source all of their Delta 8 from American Hemp. So you’ll find that you can feel calm about trusting where Everest sources the hump for their gummies from.

Also, You can easily find the third-party lab testing results on our website. This is what really makes me trust them. They have no problem letting me know what’s inside of their products, and for that, I’m more than happy to spend my money on their gummies.

My Pain Center Gummies

My Pain Center GummiesIf you’re looking for help with pain relief and just feel relaxed, I recommend that you look into the Delta 8 gummies from My Pain Centers. All of the Delta 8 inside these gummies is derived from cannabis. You’ll find there’s 25 mg a Delta 88 in each gummy.

All of the Delta 8 gummies from this brand are soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan. Inside of each bottle, you’ll receive 30 gummies. You can easily find third-party lab testing on their website that measures the potency end the purity of the gummies. I personally love all of the different fruit flavors available for these gummies. I think it makes it a lot more fun and something to look forward to when you’re taking something that will help you with your pain relief.

What I like about these gummies is that the Delta 8 in these gummies is from a Sativa strain, which will provide you with an energetic buzz. You won’t have to say we feel relaxed and tired like you will with other Delta 8 gummies. So, if you’re looking to take this first thing in the morning and aren’t interested in having to fight through feeling tired, sluggish, or dizzy. I would highly recommend you check out the Delta gummies from this brand.

Exhale Delta 8G Gummies

Exhale Delta 8G Gummies

Exhale offers vegan gummies that don’t contain any artificial colors. These gummies are naturally flavored end contain all-natural ingredients. All of the hemp used to make these gummies has been sourced from Farmers that grow their hemp in the United States. Many people talk about how much they enjoy the competitive pricing offered by this company.

I would personally see the biggest downside to these gummies is that the actual bottle doesn’t list what the ingredients are for this coming. However, I don’t feel like that’s a huge deal because it has the ingredients listed. Plus, all of the ingredients have been tested out by a third-party lab, so I know that everything inside of this is safe. But, this may just be a matter of personal preference to some people, especially if you aren’t concerned about a lack of packaging.

They do have a lot of fun flavors, but my favorite is their fruity cereal flavor. This was one of the first Delta 8 gummies I tried out, and I really loved how the effects lasted me all day.

Question: How Do you Take Delta 8 THC?

There are many different ways that you can take Delta 8 THC. If you aren’t interested in taking gummies, other forms of this cannabinoid are available. You can take it and tablets, lozenges, vaping, smoking, tinctures, edibles, and pretty much any way that you can take CBD.

Question: How Much Should I Take?

How much of a dosage you take depends on several things. Your age, your metabolism, your medical history, your weight, if you’ve had any food to eat recently, how active you are with physical fitness, your tolerance, and the reasoning behind why you’re taking Delta 8 all plays an impact end to your dosage. If you aren’t exactly sure how much you should be taken, I would honestly recommend that you look on Exhale Wellness to get a good idea of how much your dosage should be.

Question: Are There Any Side Effects?

Yes, there are side effects that you should be aware of. However, they aren’t really anything too serious.

Some people feel as if they have a dry mouth and dry eyes after taking Delta 8. Other people experience grogginess. Some people reports they feel like they have a slower reaction time. The exact side effects of using Delta 88 will depend on how much you take if you have experienced THC side effects before or your personal metabolism rates.

Overall, I would highly recommend you look into trying out Everest Delta 8 Gummies if you’re looking into gummies to try to help you manage your chronic pain. Delta 8 has helped me to significantly reduce the chronic pain I feel on a daily basis. It’s helped me get back to living a normal lifestyle that I’m proud of and enjoy!

The federal legalization of hemp in 2018 has opened many doors to exploring the world of cannabinoids and their effects on the human body and mind. Furthermore, the state-by-state changes in the legalization of cannabis have opened the floodgates even more. Nowadays, it’s challenging to complete a day of errands, whether on-premise shopping or internet orders, without seeing CBD, THC, CBG, CBN, or any kind of cannabinoid product advertised. And if you’re anything like me, this can all seem a little overwhelming.

There are more than one hundred different cannabinoids, and researchers are still eagerly researching what they do and don’t know and how best to use those cannabinoids to stay healthy. So if you feel overwhelmed or under-informed, you’re not alone. New studies are being published all the time, making the cannabinoid world an exciting, evolving scape to be a part of.

And for those who aren’t retailers, researchers, or general purveyors of cannabinoids, it’s still important to stay up to date on the newest cannabinoid and the science behind what it’s being sold to treat or prevent. For that reason, let’s discuss two chemicals that you may have already seen or heard of, how they compare to each other, where they come from, and why you should care about them.

This article is all about THCV and Delta 8 THC.

Bottom Line Up Front: While both THCV and Delta 8 THC have positive potential in the medical field, both need to be further researched before being FDA-approved. Furthermore, while they are both cannabinoids, they differ significantly in where they come from and how they impact the human body.

THCV stands for Delta 9 tetrahydrocannabivarin, a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. THCV is found primarily in Sativa strains of the cannabis plant.

It is not federally legal, as cannabis is only legal depending on state laws.

The difference between a hemp and cannabis plant is that hemp plants contain less than 0.3% THC or tetrahydrocannabinol. THC is the chemical responsible for giving users the euphoric feeling of being’ high.’

THCV is molecularly similar to THC in structure, but it is different. THCV has a three-carbon group, whereas THC has a five-carbon group. Both THCV and THC are psychoactive drugs, meaning they impact the brain. However, in small doses, THCV in does not create any euphoric effects that THC does. In fact, studies show that THCV works with THC to fight the euphoric feeling of being ‘high,’ making both drugs more medicinal than euphoric. THCV is also found in much smaller doses naturally in Sativa cannabis plants. This makes it more expensive and more complicated to come by.

The Effects of THCV

THCV vs Delta 8

Due to the studies tying THCV to reduce appetite, many people call this ‘diet weed’. That’s right, THCV is currently being studied as an appetite-curbing, dieting tool. Users even report that THCV increases energy while decreasing appetite.

THCV is being studied in connection with appetite suppression, which is the opposite effect of how many THC users feel. Many THC strains increase appetite, making it an excellent compound for people going through chemotherapy or other health issues which create a loss of appetite. THCV, however, functions oppositely. This could make weight loss and the fight against obesity more attainable for many people.

This element of THCV could also be dangerous in a world already saturated with unrealistic body images and an enormous amount of eating disorders. Nine percent of Americans will have an eating disorder at some point in their life. If you suffer from an eating disorder, I do not recommend THCV. And regardless of your medical history, consulting with a doctor before introducing any new drug into your system is always necessary.

But THCV is so much more than potential dieting too. THCV is being studied in relief from the symptoms of Alzheimer’s and even Parkinson’s Disease. (This makes sense considering that THCV is a psychoactive drug and both of those conditions impact the brain.) These studies show that THCV may be able to slow down the degeneration of the brain. More research is necessary, but the potential is really very exciting!

More exciting research on the horizon regarding THCV and its medicinal potential isis how THCV affects diabetes, panic attacks, and even bone growth

Pros and Cons of THCV

  • THCV has enormous potential for a lot of different medical benefits.
  • THCV has been linked to helping create bone density and introducing collagen to the body, which our bodies cannot produce on their own.
  • THCV may be able to stop the degeneration of the human brain.
  • Further studies with THCV could be the beginning of the end for brain degeneration diseases.
  • Because THCV is shown to reduce the feeling of being ‘high’ when paired with THC, the pairing of these two could be beneficial in utilizing the health benefits of THC without the feeling of being ‘high’ as a side-effect.

  • There is still a lot of research to be done on the potential medical benefits of THCV.
  • THCV only comes from the Sativa cannabis plant, which is not legal in many states.
  • THCV is naturally produced in small amounts, making it hard to come by and expensive.

Where to Buy THCV

Due to the fact that THCV is from the Sativa cannabis plant, you cannot purchase this over the counter. You must buy this from states where marijuana is medically or recreationally legal.

Delta 8 Tetrhydrocannabidiol

Delta 8 Tetrhydrocannabidiol

Delta 8 Tetrhydrocannabidiol is a cannabinoidthat can come from either the cannabis or hemp plant, unlike THCV. For this reason, when it is derived from a hemp plant, it is technically federally legal. However, many states still do not allow Delta 8 if marijuana is not permitted because it could be derived from a cannabis plant, not a hemp plant.

Since Delta 8 is the same no matter what plant it is derived from, having it in your system will cause a failure to pass a drug test. Drug tests are simply not advanced enough to know the difference between hemp-derived and cannabis-derived products.

Delta 8 is most closely related to the most plentiful of the cannabinoids in hemp and cannabis plant, Delta 9 THC. This is the THC we are all probably most familiar with. It is the THC responsible for the feeling of being’ high .’ Delta 8, however, does not create that same effect to the same intensity level.

The Effects of Delta 8 THC

Delta 8 is a psychoactive drug which means that it impacts the brain. For this reason, users report a euphoric effect, reduced stress and anxiety, and even pain relief.

More impacts of Delta 8 that have been reported and are still being studied are improving focus and sleep, creating an appetite, reducing pain, and even settling nausea and stopping vomiting. In this sense, you can see how different these two compounds are, despite coming from similar or the same plants and sharing so much in molecular structure.

Delta 8 THC is a good answer for a ‘daytime high’. It has been reported as creating alertness instead of sedation and overall helping the body maintain homeostasis in how it interacts with the endocannabinoid system. This is a great drug to consider if you’re looking to reduce anxiety but not end up stuck on the couch all day from lethargy as a side-effect.

Pros and Cons of Delta 8 THC

  • Delta 8 can be derived from hemp and cannabis plants, making it legal in many states.
  • Delta 8 is psychoactive but does not create the intense euphoric feeling of being ‘high’ that we are all probably more familiar with (Delta 9 THC) does.
  • A good ‘daytime high’ is reported to create focus and maintain alertness rather than lethargy.
  • Moderately priced in the world of hemp and cannabis products.

  • Being derived from either hemp or cannabis, Delta 8 should be federally legal if it can be proven that it is hemp-derived. This is not the case, though, and you should check your state’s laws before purchasing Delta 8 or bringing it into your state from another.

Where to Purchase Delta 8

Where to Purchase Delta 8

Since Delta 8 can be derived from either a hemp or cannabis plant, it’s easier to find than THCV products. You just need to be twenty-one or older and live in a state where Delta 8 is legal. Here is a list of some of my favorite Delta 8 products and why.

I’m a massive fan of the Delta 8 vape cartridge from Delta 8 Prime. This has helped me through many anxious moments, particularly during the daytime. It’s a great way to calm anxiety without slowing down the mind. The cartridges have OG Kush, Berry White, and Super Lemon Haze options. All have the exact product specifications; it’s just a question of what flavor you want. (And not for nothing, but their lemon-flavored seltzer is not only yummy, but it also mixes great with cocktails, and it functions as a tremendous mood-mellowing tool too!)

I love the Delta 8 Cigarettes from Exhale Wellness, which has a vast repertoire of unique products. I’m into these because they scratch the itch of wanting a cigarette without all the harmful poisons.

These cigarettes are all hemp flower, no cannabis. You can buy them online (if you’re over twenty-one and living in a state where Delta 8 is legal), and I highly recommend them.

3Chi raised the bar with creative ways to consume Delta 8 when they created their Delta 8 Cereal Treats. These are yummy and effective with 50 milligrams of Delta 8. The recommended serving size is between a quarter to a whole bar, so consume responsibly!

The Similarities and Differences of THCV and Delta 8 THC

  • Both are psychoactive drugs (meaning they impact the brain).
  • Both can be derived from the cannabis plant.
  • Both have medicinal potential to help keep our bodies in homeostasis in very different and essential ways.
  • Both reduce inflammation.

  • THCV only comes from the Sativa cannabis plant.
  • Delta 8 can come from either the cannabis or hemp plant.
  • Delta 8 has been reported to calm anxiety, reduce inflammation and pain, and offer a euphoric feeling of being ‘high’.
  • THCV in a small dose does not create a feeling of being ‘high’ and can, in fact, counteract that feeling when paired with THC.
  • THCV can help with conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s’. At the same time, Delta 8 is a more mental-state-focused drug to reduce anxiety and create alertness.
  • THCV reduces appetite.
  • Delta 9 increases appetite.

FAQs About THCV vs. Delta 8

Question: Does THCV Get you ‘High’?

Answer: THCV can get you ‘high’, but it takes a significant amount to do so. It isn’t generally known for getting you ‘high’ despite being psychoactive. It’s more known right now for reducing appetite and the enormous potential for aiding in the cure of diseases like diabetes and Alzheimer’s. (In fact, THCV has been shown to reduce the feeling of being ‘high’ that you get from THC when paired with THC.)

Question: Does Delta 8 Get you ‘High’?

Answer: Delta 8 is psychoactive but referred to as Delta 9’s ‘less intense younger sibling’. In short, yes, but definitely not as ‘high’ as Delta 9.

Question: Which Drug do you Recommend for Anxiety?

Answer: You should consult your doctor before introducing any new drug to your routine. Even though cannabinoids are natural and our body produces its own, they may interact with other medications your on and/or pre-existing conditions. That being said, for my anxiety, I prefer Delta 8 over any other cannabinoid. It has been a life-changer for me.

Question: Why Take Delta 8 Instead of THCV?

Answer: It depends on the effects you’re trying to achieve. If you’re going through an illness that’s reducing your appetite, you should definitely avoid THCV, as it will only make that worse. Delta 8, however, will stimulate your appetite. If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, though, it’s definitely worth asking your doctor about THCV as a treatment option.

Question: Is THCV Affordable?

Answer: Since THCV is made less plentifully and is only produced by the Sativa cannabis plant, it is more expensive and overall more difficult to find. It will only appear in states where medical and/or recreational marijuana is legal.

Question: Is Delta 8 Affordable?

Answer: Compared to many other CBD and THC products, Delta 8 is affordable. It isn’t a rare cannabinoid. Since it can be produced by both hemp and cannabis plants, it is more readily available.

Final Thoughts on THCV vs. Delta 8

While the research is still pouring in, the potential positive impacts of both THCV and Delta 8 are fascinating and promising. But because those impacts are still being studied, you should consult with your doctor before introducing any new drug into your system.

THCV and Delta 8 are two unique cannabinoids from which we have a lot to learn and hopefully gain. I hope that this article helped you learn more about why these two cannabinoids are essential and why you should keep your eye on new studies and products.

CBD companies started selling CBD vape pens when vaping became trendy a few years ago. Now people use them to manage anxiety, pain, and stress.

Finding a high-quality CBD vape pen is difficult with the countless options in the market. But this guide will help you decide as it discusses the essential features to look for and the top products.

Bottom Line Upfront

I’ve tried several of the vape pens on this list. Still, I have to say, I loved the CBDfx Strawberry Lemonade CBD because it’s super easy to use, and the flavor was awesome.

Best CBD Vape Pens

Top Picks

CBDfx is the editor’s choice because its user-friendly vape pens are available in multiple flavors and made of high-quality ingredients.

Avida offers their vape pens at a discounted price if you purchase in a set of six or more.

  • Best Rechargeable Vape Pen: Vessel Formula Series

Vessel Formula is a top recommendation for anyone who prefers rechargeable over disposable CBD vape pens.

The compact and elegant vape pen from KandyPens resembles a writing pen so you can keep your CBD lifestyle confidential. It also has a carrying case to hide and protect the device.

UWELL gives you the option to vape with or without buttons. The beginner-friendly starter kit also includes two mesh coils to boost flavor.

What is a Vape Pen?

A CBD vape pen is a small gadget that heats a small tank with CBD to create vapor. It mimics a cigarette or joint operation, except it uses a battery.

This tiny device looks like a pen that fits your pocket. It’s often cylindrical or rectangular with a cartridge inside. It also includes a mouthpiece, charging port, battery, and sometimes buttons.

There’s a few types of CBD vape pens. However, we can divide them into two primary categories.

Refillable Vape Pen

The refillable vape pen is a CBD vape pen that you can use several times. Refill it with your CBD e-juice and recharge it so the power stays. It looks similar to other vape pens, but you can remove the cartridge when it’s empty.

Disposable Vape Pen

A disposable vape pen has pre-loaded vape juice inside with a pre-charged battery. It’s the ideal choice for beginners because there’s no need to refill a cartridge, add coils, and recharge.

These vape pens usually last anywhere between 200 to 400 puffs. Once it’s empty, you toss it away and purchase another one.

How Do You Use a Vape Pen?

The instructions for using a vape pen depend on the brand and model. Most of the time, they’re straightforward. Press a button to activate the pen and inhale from the mouthpiece.

The vaporized CBD will enter your mouth, which you should exhale. Be gentle withdrawing from the vape pen so you can manage the effects according to your liking. Only perform quickdraws when you’re a new CBD user.

Some CBD vape pens have buttons that allow you to adjust the temperature or use of CBD inside the tank. Increase your frequency of vaping once you’re used to its effects.

Are All Vape Pens the Same?

Vape pens come in different types. Aside from being either rechargeable or disposable, CBD vape pens also differ in potency. Some brands have one product name but offer diverse strengths.

CBD vape cartridges can also be broad-spectrum carts, full-spectrum, and CBD isolates. Broad-spectrum CBD features total cannabinoids, while full-spectrum has some terpenes and cannabinoids. CBD isolates contain soft flavors but with high amounts of CBD.

What Can You Smoke in a Vape Pen?

What Can You Smoke in a Vape Pen

You can use CBD vape juice, liquid, or e-juice when smoking in a vape pen. Technically, these liquids are not in the form of oil, even though the packaging says “CBD vape oil.”

So, what’s a CBD vape oil? It’s a term for any vape juice with CBD. It’s a misnomer since CBD vape juice does not contain oil.

CBD vape juices are not the same as CBD oils. You can use CBD vape liquid as tinctures, but CBD oils are not for vaping.

There are also CBD vape additives that you can mix with your vape juice. They may add interesting flavors or increase the potency for a different effect.

Pros and Cons to CBD Vape Pen

Vaping has become famous over the last few years as a substitute for smoking. Take a look at the pros and cons of vaping CBD.

Pros to CBD Vape Pen

Vaping CBD makes it easier for the CBD to reach your bloodstream. The vapor quickly enters your body so you can achieve relaxation, bliss, focus, and other benefits.

Consuming 25mg of CBD edible is less impactful than vaping 25mg of CBD. That’s because your digestive system doesn’t have to metabolize the contents of the vapor to take effect.

Most CBD vape pens also have flavorings for a pleasant taste. They are more enjoyable to consume than tinctures.

Cons to CBD Vape Pen

The most significant disadvantage of using CBD vape pens is their side effects. Studies about CBD vape’s impact on your health are still developing, but some people report drowsiness and diarrhea.

Some vape pens are also tricky to use. The temperature settings, chargers, cartridges, and coils can be complicated for a new user.

It’s best to start with low to medium potency of CBD when you’re a beginner. Inhale only every five to ten minutes, and increase frequency as you get used to it.

What to Look for in a CBD Vape Pen

With all the available products in the market, it can be challenging to know what you should look for in a CBD vape pen. Use these criteria to examine whether the device is worth buying or not.

Third-Party Lab Testing

Lab test results are a vital consideration when buying anything with CBD. Disposable vape pens already come pre-filled, so it’s best to ensure that it’s free from contaminants.

The laboratory tests must display the various ingredients of the CBD vape juice. It should also contain comprehensive information on the potency of the liquid. Always check these documents because companies sometimes claim to have a higher concentration than they do.

Premium-quality ingredients are essential for an optimal CBD experience and safety. A disposable vape pen arrives at your doorstep ready to use, so make sure you know what’s inside it.

My top recommendations all come from high-quality, ethically-sourced ingredients. Their packaging includes a complete list of ingredients, along with the type of CBD and dosage.

Hemp Source

CBD companies earn more trust when they openly share their hemp source. It lets users decide whether it’s a good source or not. Some even grow their plants for quality assurance.

If the company has a hemp supplier for their vape pens and other products, they should disclose it on the website. Look for recognized farms in the US that grow high-quality hemp.

The user interface of the brand’s website also matters when you’re buying online. Make sure it looks professional, visually pleasing, and has strong branding. It should also be easy to navigate to make your shopping experience more pleasing.

The final factor to consider is the price. Never sacrifice the quality and safety of CBD for the sake of low cost. But you can never go wrong with companies that offer incentives for first-time buyers, free shipping, and discount codes.

When it comes to consuming Delta-8 THC products, certain forms are preferable than others. Edibles like gummies are usually a beginner’s favorite, as the soft and chewy form can be a rewarding treat at the end of a long day. Inhalables are the preferred form for vapers and smokers, as the acrid vapor and inhalation techniques are already familiar. But today’s product review hones in on the middle ground between edibles and inhalables: sublinguals. I’ll explain more of what products are categorized as sublingual, but right now, I want to mention the start of today’s product review: the Candy Watermelon Tincture by Premium Jane. Since most tinctures I’ve reviewed are flavorless, I was intrigued by the name and even more curious about the taste. But before I get to the full-blown product review, I’d like to briefly recap what Delta-8 THC is.

Delta-8 THC: A Brief Recap

Delta-8 THC, short for Delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found within the cannabis plant. While marijuana and hemp both come from the cannabis plant, hemp contains 0.3% THC or less. When Delta-8 THC is derived from hemp, the cannabinoid is considered federally legal and is in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Delta-8 THC is extremely similar to Delta-9 THC (the psychoactive compound responsible in marijuana that gets the user high) but offers a more subdued high. Delta-8 THC has a double bond on the 8th carbon chain, whereas marijuana has a double bond on the 9th carbon chain. This slight difference in the double bond allows the cannabinoid to react more comfortably with your body’s endocannabinoid system. Delta-8 THC (also called “weed lite: or “diet weed”) helps ensure you’ll enjoy a smoother and more clear-headed high. There are a myriad of products on the market that cater to literally any preference: edibles like gummies and softgels, inhalables like flower, pre-rolls, and vape carts, but there’s a specific category we’ll be talking about today that doesn’t get enough attention: sublinguals!

Sublinguals: What Are They?

Sublinguals refer to any consumption method designed to be placed under the tongue (i.e., dissolvable oral strips, tinctures, and oils). The cannabinoid is absorbed directly into the bloodstream, thus bypassing the digestion process entirely. Some users claim that sublinguals work faster than gummies or softgels, while others claim that the wait time is the same but the effects last for longer. Regardless, you should allot a few hours to truly feel the effects.

Now I’ve seen a few articles recommending that you sprinkle tinctures into your food or swirl some into your beverage. If you don’t like the oily feel under your tongue or dislike the flavor of the tincture you’re using, then this may be your go-to option. Yet this method is problematic due to the reduction of cannabinoid’s bioavailability. As the cannabinoid is processed by your digestion system, you’ll lose a sizable amount of the total mg count. The total amount is estimated to be around 50% less potent, compared to the 90%+ when used sublingually. Feel free to experiment with the intensity of your high orally versus sublingually, but ultimately, it all boils down to what you’re comfortable with. As a side note, you should never attempt to vape any sublingual oils. Not only will this destroy your vape’s coils, but it will taste terrible and will not have any of the desired effects. Sublinguals might look identical to vape juice, but they are designed for oral use only. Now that we’ve gone over what sublinguals are, it’s time to check out the Premium Jane Brand!

Premium Jane Brand Information

The Candy Watermelon Tincture is the first product I’ve tried from the Premium Jane brand, so I headed over to their website to check out what else the brand offers. The site had a crisp no-nonsense feel to it, coupled with glowing reviews and professional product photos. I noticed that while the site didn’t have a search bar, Premium Jane uses a unique categorization method. Rather than list the products by cannabinoid, the products are listed by product type. This method works well for users who aren’t quite sure the cannabinoid they want, but know the consumption method they prefer. For those focusing solely on Delta-8 THC products, there is a designated tab for gummies and oils. You can also choose to browse Premium Jane’s best sellers, category vs solution, or take a short quiz to see which cannabinoid-infused product is right for you. Lastly, there was a beautiful blog and small sections of the homepage devoted to empowering their customers with knowledge of all things hemp.

Once I finished my quick perusal of the site, I navigated to the Oils section to find more information about the product I’ll be reviewing. Premium Jane’s 1000mg D8 Tincture + 200mg CBG Oil comes in two flavors: Tropical Punch and Candy Watermelon. Both options are priced at $55 for a single purchase, but you can save 30% when you sign up for their customized subscription service. The tincture is crafted from premium full-spectrum hemp distillate and is flavored with natural terpenes from the hemp plant. The total mg count is one of the strongest I’ve seen, but the manufacturer recommends only ½ dropper for an initial dose. Which brings us to the moment you’ve all been waiting for: the product review of Premium Jane’s Candy Watermelon Tincture!

Candy Watermelon Product Review

With a name like “Candy Watermelon,” I was extremely curious to see how accurate this flavor tasted. I quickly unscrewed the childproof dropper bottle and held the bottle to my nose. I was immediately surprised to detect a sweet and warm flavor of sugared melon, true to its name! While the dropper wasn’t graduated, I noticed that it only sucked up the oil to about halfway, coincidentally the recommended dosage amount. I noticed that the liquid itself was a very light yellow but very clear. Despite a vigorous shaking of the bottle before opening, I didn’t see any separation in the oil.

It took me about a minute to calculate how much Delta-8 THC & CBD was in a full dosage, especially since the recommended amount of ½ a dropper was all that could be sucked up in the dropper. Since my sweet spot for Delta-8 THC is between 20-30mg, II decided to take a full dropper (essentially a double dosage). I released the first half-full dropper under my tongue, waited the recommended 90 seconds, and swallowed. There was very little flavor while the oil was under my tongue and it was slightly difficult to keep the oil completely under my tongue. I also noticed a gentle warming sensation under my tongue as the room-temperature tincture was warmed to my mouth’s temperature.

After the allotted time, I swallowed the remaining oil and was delighted to taste a sweet and candied flavor. This delicious watermelon flavor tasted identical to the smell I had detected when I first opened the bottle. I eagerly refilled the dropper once more, again with the same half-full dropper amount. I waited another 90 seconds before swallowing and was rewarded with the delicious candied watermelon taste. I did not detect any hemp flavor whatsoever and was pleased that there was no residue left on my tongue or teeth after swallowing. I didn’t taste any bitter aftertaste or overwhelming flavor, meaning I didn’t need to rinse my mouth out with a swig of water. I noted the time and settled in to wait for the effects to start.

The Effects

I expected the effects to kick in after about 45 minutes, as many articles claim that tinctures work faster than traditional edibles. Since they bypass digestion via the sublingual absorption, tinctures are touted as being a more rapid alternative to gummies and softgels. I had eaten about an hour beforehand, so I was anticipating a quick and heady high. Yet after an hour, I began to wonder if my body had finally become immune to the effects of Delta-8 THC. I grew increasingly frustrated with every passing minute and steeled myself for a night of disappointment.

Yet at almost exactly 90 minutes, I began to feel the effects! I sank into a deep euphoria that settled upon me like a warm blanket. I felt incredibly relaxed and drowsy, savoring the rich high that had finally begun. I experienced some slight disorientation as well as some dizziness, most likely due to the fact that I had taken a double dose. Yet the heightened sense of touch and taste more than made up for this. I was delighted that I didn’t feel any intense cotton-mouth, but even a single sip of water tasted deliciously cool and refreshing. The high came hard and fast, and time seemed to slow down. I felt a gentle tingling in my hands, chest, feet, and face, commonly called a “body high.” As the high progressed I enjoyed the high for several hours before succumbing to a deep and heavy slumber.

I awoke the next morning with a bit of a hangover high, which left me a little dizzy as I prepared to start my day. The haziness faded after about an hour and I was left with a bemused memory of the previous night’s high. I’ve experienced this before with other tinctures, so I probably should have expected this. If you’re trying a Delta-8 THC tincture for the first time, be prepared for some of the effects to carry over into the next day. If you prefer to use Delta-8 THC during the day, just know that the high may last for longer than you anticipate.

Keep in mind that the Delta 8 THC effects and side effects will vary per person. Your weight, metabolism, age, and other factors play an important role in how your body reacts to this semi-psychoactive cannabinoid. Some users can enjoy the high during the day, while others prefer to take Delta 8 THC products at night to aid with relaxation and sleep. Whatever time you prefer to take your Delta 8 THC products, make sure you’re in a safe and comfortable environment where you can enjoy the high to the fullest extent. As you continue to use Delta 8 THC, you’ll know how much of a dose to take and what to expect once you establish a routine. Delta 8 THC is an excellent way to relieve anxiety, stress, sleeping disorders and can even stimulate your appetite! Just make sure that you start off slowly and listen to your body’s needs.

Premium Jane General Information

Lab Testing

The FDA doesn’t regulate the cannabinoid industry yet, which means there literally anyone can create a product and market it as premium in terms of potency and purity. One way that brands have found to combat this is through independent third-party lab testing. Premium Jane is one of those brands and proudly displays the results of eight unique tests for their tinctures (4 for each flavor). The lab results are easily accessible on the product page under the tab “Labsheets.” Once you click on any one of these links, a PDF will load and you can read the information listed for that specific test. There is also a QR code listed on both the product packaging and the product label, both of which will allow you to view the results on your mobile device.

Hemp Information

Premium Jane offers a wealth of information when it comes to their hemp. Their FAQ states that their hemp is grown, harvested, and formulated completely within the United States. Premium organic hemp is grown and harvested in Oregon, and is then shipped off for final processing in Michigan. Premium Jane utilizes a solvent-free CO2 extraction method for their Delta-8 THC, a process they fully explain in layman’s terms. I encourage you to visit the site’s FAQ section as well as their About Us tab to learn more about this incredible brand.

Product Packaging

I loved the sleek and calming colors of Premium Jane’s Candy Watermelon packaging. The tincture came in a professionally designed paper box: the bottom was a clean white, while the top section was a lime green with abstract pink lines. The inside of the paper box was a pale pink color, evoking imagery of a cold and refreshing slice of watermelon. The front of the packaging listed the cannabinoid content (1000mg of Delta-8 THC + 200mg of CBG), flavor (Candy Watermelon), and bottle size (30mL). The back of the packaging listed the supplemental information such as suggested serving size (.5mL/half a dropper), servings per container (60), ingredients list, consumption instructions, and customary warnings for use and storage.

The 30mL ceramic bottle was completely painted white, leaving no way to see how much tincture remained within. The bottle had the same design of the box (white on the bottom and green with pink stripes on the top) and contained the same information as paper box…with one noticeable difference: the ingredients list.

Normally I take a quick glance at this and move on, but this ingredient list actually gave me reason to stop and stare. While the flavor is listed as “candy watermelon,” the ingredients list on the product packaging lists three fruit extracts that are used in this flavoring: pineapple, orange, and raspberry. I was shocked that there was no mention of watermelon, so I checked the bottle of tincture as well. I was even more surprised to find that the fruit extract listed on the bottle’s label was natural watermelon flavor! I can only assume that someone made a mistake with this package, as those fruits seem like the extracts that would be used in their Tropical Punch tincture. I will reach out to Premium Jane to confirm, but I’m sure it was a simple error that will no doubt be corrected on future packaging.

The Candy Watermelon Tincture was the first product I’ve tried from the Premium Jane brand, and I must say I was very impressed! The sweet flavor of the candied watermelon translated beautifully in this tincture and was a true delight for my taste buds. I didn’t taste any bitter aftertaste or undertones of hemp and was very pleased with the authentic flavor. My only complaint would be the lengthy wait time of 90 minutes for the effects to kick in. Tinctures are reportedly quicker than other edibles, but this sublingual product took much longer than many gummies I’ve tried before.

While I didn’t expect the effects to take so long to kick in, my patience was rewarded with a rich and euphoric high. I thoroughly enjoyed my high for several hours, but I was a bit put off by the lingering effects I felt upon waking up the following morning. If you end up trying Premium Jane’s Candy Watermelon Tincture, make sure you allot enough time to enjoy the high and be prepared to experience a slight hangover high when you wake up. I realize that there are many factors involved with start times and effects, such as metabolism, age, gender, weight, and previous exposure to THC. I also understand that your high may differ from mine, but hopefully this review will give you some idea of what to expect.

If you’ve tried any other products from Premium Jane, whether it be their sublinguals, edibles, or inhalables, I encourage you to share your experiences in the comments below! I don’t often get the chance to review cannabinoid-infused tinctures, but I can honestly say this was one of the best tasting ones I’ve tried. In my next product review, I’ll be tackling one of the industry’s hottest products: a THC-infused beverage called Strawberry Lemonade by Ray’s Lemonade! If you’re looking for a refreshing beverage that delights your taste buds, quenches your thirst, and gets you high all at the same time, this is one review you won’t want to miss. Check back soon for this and other full-blown product reviews. Hope to see you there!

When it comes to finding the best product in any field, research, trial, and error are necessary. That process, however, can not only be time-consuming but expensive. There’s not much worse than spending your hard-earned money on a product that just isn’t what you need or what it claims to be.

And the world of CBD, or cannabidiol, is a world full of magnitudes of products, both bad and good. Since hemp became legal in 2018, the market has genuinely exploded with hemp-derived products. These products claim to perform different helpful tasks for us, but the question is: do they actually work?

I’m here to talk to you about CBD sprays, what they are, why they matter, and how to find the best CBD spray for what you’re looking for.

Bottom Line Up Front

The best option for CBD spray right now is from Pure Kana. This spray is peppermint flavored with MCT oil to help the product get digested quickly. It also has easy-to-find ingredients and an easily found COA on the website, making it transparent and trustworthy.

Why Use CBD Spray?

Best CBD Spray

Let’s start at the beginning: why are you trying to buy a CBD spray? Well, while CBD and its impacts are still being studied by researchers worldwide, a lot of data supports that CBD acts as an anti-inflammatory. It has also been linked to helping with anxiety and depression and even getting a better night’s rest. CBD is even used in skincare to reduce scarring and wrinkles!

So what we do know is that whether consumed and working from our insides out or applied topically, the data is very positive for the potential medical and aesthetic benefits from CBD!

CBD spray itself is a relatively new product in its delivery method of CBD. You can either spray it right in your mouth or use it topically, which is similar to many CBD products. (Yes, you can use a CBD tincture topically if you want.) This means that a CBD spray can be used almost like mouth spray or, depending on your wants and your current circumstance, like a soothing lotion. Just follow the manufacuteres directions. What I mean to say is that if the product says ‘topical,’ do not put it in your mouth!

There are a couple of reasons why CBD sprays are becoming popular. One is that they are easy to keep on hand and have in your pocket, purse, car – you name it, for easy access. Another good reason to trade your CBD tincture for CBD spray is that the atomizer will disperse the CBD throughout your entire mouth. Think of it; spraying breath freshener in your mouth is meant to encompass your whole mouth. CBD spray is no different. And in doing so, the spray hits most of the surface area of your mouth. It allows for faster absorption than many other methods of consuming CBD. Lastly, CBD spray can easily be used topically, making this product very versatile.

Because the concept of a CBD spray is still new, there are not a ton of CBD sprays on the market (yet), which makes my job a little more concise today. Still, this is an exciting option for CBD consumption. I encourage you to keep tabs on your favorite CBD companies to see if they release their own.

As always, I recommend speaking with your doctor before introducing any CBD into your routine. CBD may interact with other medicines you are on and/or pre-existing medical conditions. Your doctor would know best if CBD is suitable and safe for you.

How CBD Works With Our Bodies

Best CBD Spray

It’s okay to not be sure how and why CBD works with the human body. As the research is all relatively new, so is the knowledge that humans have CBD receptors in our bodies. That’s right, the human body is equipped with the endocannabinoid system or ECS.

In a very over-simplified explanation: the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which was discovered in the early 90s, is a series of receptors throughout the body. Those receptors, referred to as either CB1 or CB2, are primed to bind with any cannabinoids they come into contact with.

Our bodies also produce their own cannabinoids, which are called endocannabinoids. The word ‘endo’ is Latin for ‘within’. Cannabinoids produced by plants and not our bodies, are called phytocannabinoids. ‘Phyto’ is Latin for ‘plant’.

Because we know that our bodies not only have receptors specifically for cannabinoids but also that our bodies work to create their own cannabinoids. We know that consuming phytocannabinoids is a realistic option for feeling better. We know that our bodies produce endocannabinoids when working to achieve homeostasis. This means that if we consume phytocannabinoids, our bodies are receptive to the chemicals. In theory, those phytocannabinoids can also help us achieve homeostasis.

I always like to compare endocannabinoids and phytocannabinoids to taking melatonin. Our bodies produce melatonin, but that doesn’t mean that getting to sleep is always accessible. Whether your brain or body can’t turn off, roughly half the population suffers from chronic insomnia. So if you reach for melatonin pills that are produced and manufactured by humans to help humans sleep, you’re giving your body the help it needs to get a good night’s rest. In doing so, everybody wins, especially your body. So my argument for further research into phytocannabinoids and the potential positive impacts that they may have on your body is my argument for why things like melatonin pills are okay to take. In short, our bodies are already making them sometimes; they just need a little help with making more.

What Makes a Good CBD Spray?

Let’s now move on to CBD products, and what makes them suitable, precisely CBD sprays.

Topical CBD sprays will primarily be intended to help with pain management and reduce inflammation, so most of them will be working to achieve the same results. Remember that while all oral CBD sprays can also be used topically, topical sprays cannot be used orally. Pay attention to the label, and do not consume anything you’re not supposed to.

The CBD sprays on my list must be effective, and their ingredients must be transparent. While research on CBD and CBD products is shown to be very positive and exciting, there are very few CBD products that are FDA approved. This means that there can be a lot of junk products being sold for high prices. In that case, CBD can often come off as ‘snake oil’ because the product won’t work as well or at all if it isn’t of good quality. So we have to be careful of that. To side-track that, I recommend searching CBD websites for the certificate of analysis or COA.

COAs are often included in product sections around the ingredients list. Not only can CBD companies list what’s in their products, but they can show their COA to prove that their product was tested to confirm it is what it says it is. Often, companies will utilize a third-party lab to prove no bias. Sometimes they will do the testing themselves. I don’t think that a self-test is a red flag personally, but I do believe that no COA is a red flag.

I’m also giving bonus points for natural and organic ingredients that work alongside the CBD in the spray to reduce inflammation and pain. Okay, let’s get shopping!

The Best CBD Sprays

Best CBD Sprays

Pure Kana makes a peppermint CBD spray that is really great but, unfortunately, out of stock right now. Still, this is a sleek, thin bottle that can fit anywhere a pen can. I love that it has a peppermint flavor, giving you fresh breath with your dose of CBD. I love that it also contains Liposomal Vitamin D complex.

So this is an effective product, supported by the numerous five-star reviews on the website. It also has the added bonus of being tasty and giving your breath a refresher. And of course, I love that this website has a COA at the bottom of the product page here. This is a company that’s not trying to hide anything from its consumers.

I want to add quickly here that Pure Kana’s CBD spray has something called medium-chain triglycerides or MCT oil as an ingredient. MCT oil is simply more accessible for our bodies to digest than long-chain triglycerides. Having this present in the CBD spray makes it easier for your body to absorb and break down the CBD in this product.

Pros and Cons of the Pure Kana Peppermint CBD Spray

  • Peppermint flavor enhances breath with every CBD dose.
  • Has an easy-to-find COA on the website.
  • Includes non-hemp products which are suitable for you too.
  • The price isn’t bad. For a bottle of 13.5 mL, this is on sale for $25 right now, which could be why it’s out of stock. Usually, it’s $39.99.
  • The website has a subscribe and save option to save money and give you the convenience of not reordering items.

  • Currently out of stock.
  • Needs to be used up to three times a day with three to four sprays per use. That affordable bottle will go fast.

Pure Kana Peppermint CBD Spray

Reliva CBD has a CBD spray which makes a lot of lists for being a high-quality, worthwhile CBD spray. Their spray is mint flavored, which you know I love, and like the Pure Kana spray, this also contains MCT oil to help with absorption.

The bottle is as sleek as the Pure Kana, making traveling with the spray very easy and discreet. The Reliva CBD spray is only in a 5mL bottle, making it roughly a third the size of the Pure Kana. This is reflected in the price, which is only $14.99. Also, like Pure Kana, Reliva offers a subscribe and save option.

One thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t find a COA on this website. It might be somewhere I missed, but it wasn’t easy to find. Even if it is on the website somewhere, it should be easy to track down, like Pure Kana’s was.

Pros and Cons of the Reliva CBD Spray

  • Great price, only $14.99 a bottle.
  • Is mint-flavored to help your breath smell good and prevent any weird hemp taste in your mouth.
  • Highly rated and reviewed.

  • The bottle is tiny and won’t get you very far.
  • I could not find a COA on this website.

Reliva CBD Spray

CBD For Life has a purely topical spray that is definitely worth trying. This isn’t something you need to rub in; you just spray and go. I like that using CBD spray topically means you can really target any areas causing you pain, and that’s what CBD for Life is going for with this product.

The reason why having an anti-inflammatory on hand is so appealing is because a lot of pain is caused by inflammation. After an arduous workout, old or new sports injuries, arthritis, and even muscle soreness can be made more comfortable with an anti-inflammatory. In this case, the CBD For Life bottle is a little large for transport and might be something you have to leave in your car or bag. Unlike the Pure Kana and Reliva products, this is much larger.

This product contains other ingredients like eucalyptus that help calm and reduce inflammation naturally. I also like that it’s GMO-free and 95% natural. However, while all of this is great and the reviews are equally positive, I cannot find a COA on this website.

Pros and Cons of the CBD For Life Topical CBD Spray

  • This is highly reviewed and well-received.
  • Since it’s meant to be used topically, you can apply and go; no need to rub in or all for it to dry.
  • The price is excellent; for 120mL, this is only $26.99.

  • There is no COA on this website that I can find.
  • Large for transport.

FAQs on Finding the Best CBD Spray

Question: Why is it Hard to find CBD Spray?

Answer: CBD spray is a pretty new product to the market. Many companies just haven’t started making them (yet), but I would definitely keep an eye on your favorite companies to see if they start producing CBD spray soon!

Question: Do you Recommend CBD Spray for Someone who has Been Happy with the Results of CBD Tinctures?

Answer: I think that if you have something that works for you, it’s silly to try something new just to try it. That being said, if you don’t like the application of the tincture, I would recommend trying the spray. It’s very sleek and easy to store, use, and transport, without it being awkward for you.

Question: Why are CBD Sprays Less Expensive than Many Other CBD Products?

Answer: Check the amount of each bottle before purchasing. Many of these products aren’t less expensive; they’re just fewer products.

Final Thoughts on How to Find the Best CBD Spray

As we move towards the inspiring future of CBD, I expect the market of CBD spray to explode as it did with tinctures and edibles. If you have a company, you already trust that doesn’t have a CBD spray yet, just keep an eye out. They will likely expand their products to sprays if the market demands it.

Until then, I hope this list of CBD sprays and my explanation of the ECS have helped you better understand cannabinoids, our bodies, and how to find the right CBD spray for yourself.

Around 10% of people in the United States feel a tingling and painful sensation due to nerve pain. Some also experience severe neuropathy symptoms that affect their quality of life. One potential cure to this condition is CBD.

Let this article help you find the best CBD for nerve pain. Discover the features to look for and some of my product recommendations! I chose this list based on their overall effectiveness, popularity, and ease of use.

Bottom Line Upfront

I love that there are tons of options for applications here. So, if you don’t like to smoke it, you can still use CBD for anything. Personally, with a lot of the nerve issues I get that come with Meniere’s Disease, I love the effects of Blue Dream. But that’s just me.

Top Picks

What is Nerve Pain?

Neuropathic pain

Neuropathic pain is a condition in the nervous system that involves numbness, tingling, or burning sensation. Many people describe the feeling of nerve pain like pins and needles.

The pain comes from the central and peripheral nervous systems, including the brain and spinal cord. Ideally, the nerves that travel on your limbs should work together to exchange signals.

It happens if your broken nerve fibers transport the incorrect signals to pain centers. The nerve function becomes distorted in the area where nerve damage occurs and the central nervous system.

Neuropathy is a disruption or change in at least one nerve. Its leading cause is diabetes, which accounts for 30% of cases of neuropathy. Some symptoms of nerve pain include:

  • Spontaneous pain or discomfort that occurs without stimulation.
  • Evoked pain from non-painful stimuli.
  • Unpleasant sensation.
  • Trouble sleeping.
  • Emotional problems.

What Causes Nerve Pain?

There are hundreds of conditions associated with nerve pain. So the cause can be tricky to tell. Here are some possible sources:

  • Diabetes.
  • Complex regional pain syndrome.
  • Alcoholism.
  • Shingles.
  • HIV infection or AIDS.
  • Facial nerve problems.
  • Chemotherapy drugs.
  • Amputation.
  • Meniere’s Disease.
  • MS.
  • Nerve compression.
  • Trauma or surgeries.
  • Radiation therapy.

Doctors need to interview patients about their symptoms and history of medical conditions before diagnosing someone with neuropathy. They may also look for sensory loss, bloodwork results, and other tests to understand the disease.

How to Treat Nerve Pain

Several treatments for nerve pain depend on the condition’s cause. For example, if someone has cancer, treatments to destroy the cancer cells will help get rid of the nerve pain.

Painkillers can be helpful for the management of neuropathic pain. But people can build a tolerance to these ingredients and experience side effects from overuse, including lethal overdoes.

CBD is another choice for curing nerve pain and other kinds of pain. Numerous studies have proven its effectiveness, but it’s still considered alternative medicine rather than first-line treatment.

Can CBD Help With Nerve Pain?

CBD Help With Nerve Pain

The American Chronic Pain Association states that neuropathic pain happens in the nerves because of injury or damage. And CBD has therapeutic characteristics that help patients with nerve pain.

CBD helps suppress nerves and manage neuropathic pain symptoms, like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. It can help prevent more damage to the nerves while making the symptoms more manageable.

Other medications directly treat nerve pain. However, CBD is a wise choice for incurable neuropathy patients that experience frequent pain.

The compound links with the endocannabinoid system, which controls our immune response, appetite, mood, and pain sensation. When activated, CB2 receptors can lead to an anti-inflammatory response to minimize nerve damage and pains.

CBD possesses over 65 molecular targets, interacting with the serotonin receptor for happiness and other receptors. That is why CBD helps with emotional stability too!

Types of CBD for Nerve Pain

CBD is a hemp-derived substance that does not induce a “high” sensation like THC. Three types of CBD help with nerve pain.

  • Full-Spectrum CBD has all the essential parts of cannabis, with <0.3% THC.
  • Broad-Spectrum CBD has almost all of the cannabis compounds with little to no THC.
  • Isolates only have CBD and no THC.

Both full- and broad-spectrum CBD effectively manage pain and induce relaxation. But isolates may not generate any significant effects. It’s because CBD works better when it contains several compounds.

This clinical effect is called the entourage effect. Topical and oral CBD may only work if it includes several parts of the cannabis plant.

Benefits of Using CBD for Nerve Pain

There is still inadequate research on the use of CBD for neuropathic pain. So far, here are its known benefits for nerve pain.

Soothes Neural Inflammation

Several studies have now shown that CBD could reduce neural inflammation. It works by stopping or delaying the nerve signals to avoid pain.

Oral CBD is Safe and Efficacious for Nerve Pain

Tips for Using CBD for Nerve Pain

You can use CBD to combat nerve pain in several ways.

CBD for Nerve Pain

The most effective method to administer CBD is through sublingual consumption. Add a few drops of CBD oil beneath your tongue for one minute, then swallow. It goes directly to your bloodstream for instant results.

CBD Gummies and Capsules

CBD gummies and softgels are other convenient methods to take CBD for nerve pain. They are easy to dose because each piece contains a certain amount of CBD. There’s no need to adjust your intake and do the math.

However, this CBD form has a slower onset time than oils. It can take up to two hours before you experience pain relief and relaxation.

Topical CBD

Many CBD companies also developed topicals for spot treatment. If you experience discomfort at a specific body part, massage it to soothe the localized pain.

CBD topicals can be in the form of creams, oils, lotions, balms, and gels. They also contain emollients that moisturize dry and irritated skin.

However, topical CBDs may have a lower absorption rate than other forms. Apply more product to relieve any chronic pain.

How to Decide the Which CBD is Best for Your Nerve Pain

The CBD industry is highly saturated with various products and claims. Here are four factors to consider when deciding which CBD to get.

Beginners should start with low-CBD products, slowly increasing the dose as they get used to it. The number of doses per bottle or pack is different from each serving. Typically, the smallest CBD potency is 5 mg per piece or serving.

The CBD product should have safe and premium-quality ingredients. The list of ingredients should also be complete, and it must be free from pesticides, mold, and metal.

The dosage must also be on the label. Whatever the CBD form is, it should also have a recommended serving size of the safe dosage.

The aroma and taste of your CBD gummies, strain, or tincture can enhance your CBD experience. Decide whether you want sweet and fruity flavors or an earthy taste. You might also prefer unflavored oil and

Lab Results

No matter how strong a CBD company’s marketing strategies are, only lab results can confirm the product’s effects and safety. Brands should show transparency by letting third-party labs examine the products for quality and potency.
