13-year-old shot in north St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – A 13-year-old was shot Monday in north St. Louis.

According to reports, the shooting occurred at Harlan Avenue and Newby Street, located in the Baden neighborhood. Police said a 13-year-old was shot in the leg by someone driving by the area.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with no life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing. FOX 2 will give updates as more information becomes available.
